PMO Analyst

Assurit is currently seeking experienced PMO Analyst to support one of our contracts!

Location: Remote, but Washington, D.C. Area required to collaborate with colleagues and client.

Role Description:

The professional will support the Air Force Interface and Interoperability Project Management Office (PMO) to create project initiation artifacts (eg, Project Charter, Risk Register), clearly define team expectations, deliver key briefings to leadership, establish team guidelines and facilitate collaboration across multiple task orders and client stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience with PMO activities
• Ability to interact with client and organize meetings, provide management reports, storyboard work products etc.
• Ability to think critically and review work products
• Experience with Microsoft Project and updating an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Strong PowerPoint skills (including storyboarding and graphics)
• Experience in the Air Force environment

Clearance:

• Active/Interim Secret clearance
