ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certification for Information Security Management System (ISMS)
ISO/IEC 27001:2013 is a globally recognized standard for implementing an ISMS within an organization. The standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an ISMS within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization. The requirements set out in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 are intended to be applicable to all organizations, regardless of type, size or nature.
“Achieving certification to the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard further validates our commitment to the protection of people, data and information systems – which is our mission at Assurit. The systems we now have in place will allow us to maintain compliance with security requirements as our organization scales. This is yet another accomplishment in our overall quality initiative that we have embarked on this year. Continuous improvement has served to be a win-win for our clients and our organization alike – and we will continue to follow that practice for the life of our company.”
– Sunny K. Tuteja, President and CEO
