FAIRFAX, Va., March 24, 2026 — AdvanceX, the SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between Assurit and Noblis ESI, today announced the successful completion of the General Services Administration (GSA) Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Oral Technical Evaluation (OTE), qualifying the company across all six HACS cybersecurity service subgroups.

The achievement demonstrates AdvanceX’s ability to deliver advanced cybersecurity services in support of federal agency missions and provides government customers with streamlined access to validated cybersecurity capabilities through the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS).
