That's why we have a suite of Managed Services options for the System i5 platform that guarantee your systems are pro-actively monitored and managed.
System i 'Out of Hours' services.
We can monitor for critical message and escalate any problems to your own team or we can run the system in full overnight and at the weekends, ensuring, for example, that the Batch work runs smoothly and that your back-up completes. We will build the service to your exact requirements based on our extensive service menu, allowing you to supplement your own resources in the way that works best for you.
System i '24 x 7 Operational Management
We can extend the cover to a fully operational 24 x 7 service, taking care of all aspects of running the system, including System Workflow Control, Storage Maintenance, Problem Management, Preventative Maintenance, Work Management, Performance Management, Change Management, Security Management, System back-up's, Monthly Reporting and Service Reviews. You can build the service from a list of service components to meet your exact requirements.
System i On-site support services
We are able to provide dedicated on-site resources either full time, for just 1 or 2 days per week or as and when you require them. You can enjoy all of the benefits of an on-site staff member without the cost of a full time head. This is the perfect solution for those organisations that need to replace a member of staff that has left or simply have variable support requirements.
System i 24 x 7 Helpdesk Support
Our team of specialists are available 24 x 7 to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd level Technical Support services, logging and tracking calls with IBM where required.
