"Rail Gourmet have been a customer of AssurIT for more than twelve years. Initially AssurIT provided a remote managed service but in April 2000 we moved our iSeries to their premises in Coventry".

"Rail Gourmet have fifty five locations around the country, all of which use our iSeries and CITRIX. The business is 24 x 7 and we close for one day a year, Christmas Day. During normal working hours the users call our help desk if they require assistance but at all other times they call AssurIT. AssurIT also act as technical support for any problems encounter should we be unable to resolve them ourselves. They also perform software upgrades and support hardware upgrades. I have found AssurIT incredibly helpful in the past and we feel secure in knowing we have their support with our iSeries".
